Kids in the park
04:54

I remember when we were kids in the park,
we played games by the fires in the dark.
we wrote songs about the days that went by,
looking out to the fires in the dark.
The fires in the dark. The fires in the dark.
We spoke of cultures hidden behind a sate,
waking up to the torture and the hate.
the torture and the hate, the torture and the hate.
We woke up alive to follow our minds into the distance
breaking barriers and the causes of resistance
resistance is adjourned, resistance is adjourned.
I remember when we were kids in the park,
we played games by the fires in the dark.
I remember standing up to thee elite men
they tried to beat me down to make me feel 10
the power behind the men, the power behind the men.

Sun

I looked towards the sun with my problems
did i just stare like a lousy person.
I wondered into a maze in side my brain
frustrated i got lost 100,000 times again.
As i walked with the sun,
I left my memories with the sand to be blown away
As time goes on,
you swiftly move along
with your footprints in the ground, your footprints in the ground.
